Andrei Gagua 3ba1f5192f Fix discarding unsaved asset editor changes 
- clear cached JsonAsset managed instances on discard,
- restore MaterialInstance parameter values and override flags,
- reload model assets from disk when model edits are discarded.

Disable Vulkan Tracy GPU profiling when Vulkan timer queries are disabled.
Apple platforms already set VULKAN_USE_TIMER_QUERIES to 0
